Charge it first
Fully charge the flosser (and toothbrush) before the first use. Indicator lights show the charge; one full charge lasts weeks.
Fill the tank
Fill the tank with clean water and press the jet tip in until it sits firmly. Pick the standard tip for daily cleaning, the orthodontic tip for braces.
Start soft
Begin with the soft or lowest mode, especially with sensitive gums or braces, and step up over the following days.
Follow the gumline
Lean over the sink, put the tip in your mouth before switching on, and glide it along the gumline, pausing briefly between each tooth. A tankful is about one minute.
